All investments include

• Phone, text, & email support throughout your  entire pregnancy from the point of hire and well beyond birth.
• 24/7 phone and email availability to you from the time we start “on call” and well into the postpartum period.
• Referrals to community services and resources as there is a need.
• Assistance with preparing your birth plan, cloth diapering, and access to The Storks entire library of books.
• Photography if wanted, with at least 2 edited images.
• Discounted placenta services, birth tub rentals, and childbirth ed options.
• All clients receive support from our Spinning Babies Parent Educator to provide ease & comfort in pregnancy & labor.
• All clients receive lactation support from our Certified Lactation Counselor and infant feeding help.
• Early labor support (which typically means you labor in the peace of your own home longer).
• Continuity of care.  With two doula’s chances are higher you will have a personal relationship with who will be supporting you through labor.
• Help on deciding when it is time to go to the hospital or birth center or when it’s time to call the midwives to join you at home.
• Ideas and support to help labor progress.
• Relaxation support.
• Various comfort measures.
• Advocacy acting as a liaison for better communication with the medical staff.
• Full support for the birthing persons partner.
• Immediate  one on one postpartum support and breastfeeding support.
• Assistance with initiating and encouraging immediate bonding as a family unit.
